The Egypt Fertilizers Production Company (Mopco) has contributed to the development of the Emergency and Critical Care Department at Al-Azhar University Hospital in Damietta Governorate. This contribution includes providing the department with a modern mobile ultrasound device, which, along with its echo device, is used for emergency patient examinations to diagnose abdominal bleeding, leg and lung clots, chest examinations, and the installation of intravenous catheters.

Additionally, the company provided a flexible video laryngoscope, which is used for placing a laryngeal tube in critical cases, especially respiratory system tumors. This initiative is part of the company's corporate social responsibility plan for 2025, as it seeks to enable the hospital to continue providing integrated medical care to patients in Damietta and neighboring governorates in a sustainable manner, especially given the increasing number of patients receiving treatment there.
