In light of promoting a culture of occupational safety, health and environmental protection, and in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the directives of Engineer Karim Badawy, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, which ensures the provision of a safe working environment in all the company's units, work sites and administrative headquarters, in order to protect the human element from injuries resulting from the risks of the work environment and to preserve the components of the material element, and with a keen interest in continuous development and improvement, which contributes to creating a safe and motivating work environment and enhances productivity and attracts local and foreign investments, Misr Fertilizers Production Company "MOPCO" organized a safety stand under the slogan "Safety First" under the chairmanship of Engineer Ahmed Mahmoud El-Sayed, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, in the presence of the company's leadership and all employees.

 The General Administration for the Safety Sector at the company's sites conducted awareness lectures on occupational safety, health and environmental protection. The importance of adhering to occupational safety and health procedures, which are at the forefront of the company's management priorities, was highlighted through the presentation of some awareness films related to accidents and the lessons learned from them. The necessity of developing work programs that contribute to the preservation of human resources and the development of their skills, as they are the most important element, was also emphasized, as MOPCO attaches the utmost importance to updating and developing the policy of occupational safety, health and environmental protection, through the implementation of various awareness campaigns and training programs for employees to raise awareness and concern for the safety and security of facilities, and the implementation of emergency drills, believing that investing in the health and safety of employees is a fundamental pillar for achieving comprehensive development.
